Each chapter of my life has taught me valuable lessons, showing me that it’s not always about the destination, but the journey. My knowledge of the area, the business skills I’ve gained, and the values instilled in me to serve others have all come together in unexpected ways.

For as long as I can remember, animals and the outdoors have been at the center of my life. Growing up in Tucson, I was surrounded by horses, dogs, tortoises, and rescued reptiles my brother brought home. Our home was a living classroom. My father was passionate about wildlife and the desert, and my mother welcomed everyone, human or animal, with warmth and kindness. I learned the names of native plants, how to handle tarantulas, and how to identify snakes and lizards that wandered into our yard. My childhood was filled with camping trips, fishing in the Sierras, and long days spent outside, soaking up everything the desert had to offer.

My dream was to become a veterinarian, but I realized during an internship that I couldn’t handle the surgeries. So I pivoted and found a new way to channel my passion for animals. I started at a feed store, where I discovered a talent for business and relationship-building. I was very determined to prove I could achieve anything I set my mind to through hard work and perseverance.
That driven mindset launched a 25-year career in the animal feed and supplement industry, working with companies like Purina, Manna Pro, and HealthyCoat. I managed territories, national accounts, product launches, and teams across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

During much of that time, I was also a single mom, balancing a demanding career with raising my daughter, Linzi. My mom was incredibly supportive and was always there when I needed her. Those years were challenging, but they taught me how to juggle competing priorities and just how important the support of others can be.
As the industry shifted toward e-commerce and my work became more about logistics than relationships, I knew it was time for a change. I have always believed that you must love what you do, or it is not worth doing. I was drawn to real estate because it allowed me to work for myself, build genuine relationships, and help people find homes that fit their lives. I understand firsthand how important it is to have someone in your corner, especially when you’re making big moves or facing uncertainty. My mother instilled in me the importance of treating others with care and kindness, and through real estate, I had the opportunity to make a big impact in people's lives.

Real estate has allowed me to blend my business experience, love for animals, and deep Tucson roots into a meaningful career. I specialize in equestrian properties because I have owned horses since childhood and understand what horse owners need in a property. And as a Tucson native, I love matching my clients’ lifestyles with neighborhoods that fit their needs and interests.
Where you live is about more than just the house. It is about the land, the community, and the creatures you share it with. My social media is filled with educational posts about local wildlife because I want my clients to feel truly at home in the desert. Many of my clients become friends, and I am always just a call away if they need a referral or have a question about their new neighborhood. The relationships are my favorite part of the work.

Today, my husband Larence and I have a blended family that includes four adult children, six grandchildren, three dogs, and our horses. I love spending time with our friends and family, caring for our animals, traveling, spending time at the beach, and exploring new places, shops, and restaurants.
I’ve learned you can always find new ways to grow, to serve, and to blend your passion with your work. I love what I do and am grateful for the support of my friends, family, and clients on this journey.
When you work with me, you get more than a real estate agent. You get a dedicated advocate who knows Tucson and the surrounding communities inside and out. One of my greatest strengths is simplifying the buying and selling process by breaking it down into manageable steps. I take a proactive approach to avoiding common pitfalls and provide honest, straightforward guidance so you can make informed decisions that align with your goals. From beginning to end, my goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible so you can focus on the big picture.
My specialties include equestrian properties, relocations, luxury homes, and senior transitions. I am a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Global Luxury agent. I understand the unique needs of pet owners, newcomers, and families navigating major life changes. One of my favorite parts of this work is getting to know my clients and helping them find the neighborhood and property that truly fit their lifestyle, so they feel at home from day one.
I am known for my attention to detail, strong communication, and willingness to go above and beyond. Most importantly, I treat every client like family, building relationships that last long after the sale. Whether you have questions about the market, need a local recommendation, or even want help identifying an animal wandering through your yard, I'm here to help!
Sincerely,
Jill Warden
